If you are unable to pay your city utility bill by the date shown on your bill and you wish to enter into payment arrangements, call the Utility Billing and Customer Service Division. Payment arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay your bill will result in disconnection of service. If you receive a disconnect notice and payment has been made, please contact the Utility Billing Division. Utility bills can be paid at the City Hall building located at 9 Harrison Avenue or at the after-hours drop box located on Harrison Avenue across the street from City Hall.
