The City of Panama City's Website, is committed to providing convenient access to government information and services. To facilitate online financial transactions the City Government has established an E-Commerce service.
Online Payment Services
The City of Panama City offers you easy access and instant credit card or electronic check payment for utility bills or Merchant's Business Tax Returns.
There are several payment options available to you to pay your Panama City utility bill.
Pay On-Line - at www.cityofpanamacity.com using Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or E-Check.
Automatic Draft - Payment made automatically from you bank account, or Credit Card. Fill out the Authorization Form and return it to the utility billing department at City Hall.
In Person - at 9 Harrison Avenue in City Hall. Using check, cash, Discover, American Express, MasterCard or Visa.
Drop Box - Located across from City Hall on Harrison Avenue.
Mail - Return the tear-off slip with your check.
E-Mail Notification - Receive an E-Mail bill instead of a paper bill.
The City of Panama City E-Commerce services are optional and are just one method of conducting business with the City of Panama City. You may continue to use traditional methods, such as the U.S. Mail, Automatic Draft or visiting City offices in person. The choice is yours.
Fees - Not Tax Dollars
The City's E-Commerce services use a self-supporting private business, that provides not only for enhancements and customer support of existing services, but also expansion to new online services. This is accomplished without using tax dollars.
The City's E-Commerce services are supported through convenience fees assessed only to the users of the services.
(1.) The transaction fee for credit cards is 3.25% of the utility bill.
(2.) The transaction fee for e-checks is a set amount of $1.50.
The transaction fees are retained by a private company, Collector Solutions, Inc. to support the operation and continued development of future services.

Pay your Panama City Utility Bill online using either Discover®, American Express®, MasterCard® or Visa®. There will be a small convenience fee assessed to use the online service.
Your payment will be processed at the close of the business day. (If you pay your bill on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed at the end of the next business day).
