When your utility service has been discontinued for nonpayment, the previous unpaid balance of the bill plus a service fee must be paid before service is reinstated. If your utility service has been discontinued and you feel this was in error, call the Utility Billing Division. The office hours of the Utility Billing Division is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The phone number of the Customer Service Division is 850-872-3166.
