Residential utility deposits are refunded to customers who have not had a delinquent utility account or an account that has been disconnected for 24 consecutive months.
If your deposit has not been refunded and you close your city utility account, the deposit is applied to the final balance owed the City. Any remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to the customer. For additional information, please call Utility Billing between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
